We start out by getting to know you via a 90-minute discovery session. We identify homework for you to experiment with new approaches and mindsets between sessions. In our ongoing weekly sessions, you report back on what you learn. Here's what one client had to say on homework:

We start with 7 weekly sessions following the discovery session. Some clients find the transformation that they need in that time.
